9 - How do I extract the themes from the JAR file? Know this is an easy one, but for the life of me I can not get it out.

10 - I tried your application on Lotus Notes 8.0.2 and it doesn't work. I receve an error "unable to open file C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.notes.branding_8.0.2.20080809-0430.jar\themes\notes.css"

I am able to extract the jar file to get to the notes.css but I don't think Lotus will load up the uncompressed files only the compressed ones, correct?

11 - I get same error Jeff gets I have tried to un-rar the .jar file and then rar it again but i get errors upon start. I then have to rename the platform.xml file in folder C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\.config\org.eclipse.update.

Anyone have a solution to this?

12 - Just use WinZIP to open the .jar, then open notes.css from WinZIP and edit it. Close Notepad (or whatever editor you use), save your changes. WinZIP will prompt to update archive, answer yes and close WinZIP. Should work like charm. Remember that Notes cannot be running during this process.

13 - Great little program! It prompted me to indicate the Lotus Notes Data folder, then I selected the color.
Went into File/Preferences/Windows & Themes, toggled back and forth between Lotus Notes and Windows theme and it worked.
