Due to the nature of our company, we are both IBM and Microsoft partner, we use Lotus Notes/Domino and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. Approximately 40% of our users use Outlook/Exchange, the other 60% uses Notes/Domino.
Since we upgraded our Exchange environment to Exchange 2007 and also installed the Microsoft Transporter Suite all mail floww using SMTP which nowadays also translates doc-/view-/database-links OK.
The only problem we had until now was resource reservations from Outlook/Exchange.

All our resources are still setup in Domino but due to a problem in the iCal created by Outlook (Link to knowledge document ) resource reservations from Outlook were not processed by the Domino RnR manager.
We solved this by putting a before-new-mail-arrives agent on the Domino resource reservation database that modified a couple a fields on the mail coming in from Outlook. All reservations, changes to existing reservations and removal of reservations are now properly processed by the RnR manager.
