Cool new feature in Domino 8.5.2, silent cluster failover

As from Domino 8.5.2 there is a new Desktop Policy Setting to manage prompts users will get in case of a failover. When enabled, the ini setting FailoverSilent=1 is used. This new ini setting replaces the setting HidePromptFailoverInc=1 so this one is safe to remove from now.
